💡 Pro Tips for Finding Sponsor Roles
→ On Indeed, search your role and filter by "Visa sponsorship" in the job type filters. → On LinkedIn, use the "Under 10 applicants" filter to find less competitive listings early. → On NHS Jobs, all NHS Trusts hold a sponsor licence — any NHS role can lead to sponsorship. → On Reed, use the pre-filtered Sponsorship link above for roles that explicitly state visa support. → Always check the Home Office Sponsor Register to verify before applying.

→ In Step 2, describe your most relevant Civil Service or professional experience — not NHS ward examples
→ In Advanced Options, add specific examples with outcomes for each behaviour listed above

NHS Competency Question Answerer

Some NHS Jobs application forms ask specific competency questions instead of a supporting statement. Paste the exact question, choose your role and word limit, and get a STAR-structured answer to copy straight into the form.

✦ New
💡 Use this when the NHS Jobs form shows a text box with a specific question — like "Please provide an example of when you managed your own workload to meet a deadline." Paste the exact question, add a sentence about your background if you have one, and copy the generated answer straight into the form.
Paste the key requirements, essential criteria, or person spec from the job advert. The tool will use this to mirror the right terminology and foreground the most relevant skills in your answer.
Add a sentence about your role or a real example you want used. The answer will be far more specific and convincing — and much harder for a recruiter to spot as AI-generated.

📋 Read through before pasting. Add one specific personal detail to make it uniquely yours. If the form has a character limit, trim from the middle of the answer — never from the end.

Civil Service Behaviour Answers

Civil Service applications ask you to evidence specific Behaviours at a set grade. Select the behaviour, set your grade and word limit, add a real example, and get a word-perfect STAR answer to paste straight into the form.

NEW
Use this when the Civil Service Jobs form asks you to evidence a named Behaviour at a specific grade. Select the behaviour, add your real example, and copy the answer straight in.
Match the level of responsibility, judgement, and influence expected for this grade.
AO / EO: Reliability, accuracy, customer service, handling queries, following procedures, meeting deadlines.
HEO: Independent judgement, prioritisation, stakeholder coordination, improving processes, managing competing demands.
SEO: Leading teams, cross-team collaboration, risk management, influencing decisions, service improvement, complex issues.
Grade 7+: Strategic thinking, governance, organisational influence, policy or service impact, high-level decision-making.
Civil Service behaviour answers are usually strongest when concise, evidence-led, and focused on actions, judgement, and outcomes — not lengthy background explanations. Use your word count to be precise, not to pad.
Paste the exact wording from the application form where possible. This helps the tool match the wording, behaviour level, and scoring expectations more accurately — especially when the question includes the grade, context, or a specific focus area.
The more specific your example, the better the answer. Focus on:
What the challenge, pressure, risk, or operational issue was
What you personally did — not the team, not “we”
What judgement or decisions you made
What systems, tools, processes, or controls were involved
What improved or changed as a result
Be honest and specific. Do not exaggerate responsibility or invent experience. If your experience is only partially transferable, explain it naturally — the tool will work with what you have.

Your Behaviour Answer
Read through before pasting. Add one personal detail that only you would know. If the form has a strict character limit, trim from the middle — never cut the result sentence at the end.

TRAC Profile Rewriter

Rewrite your previous job responsibilities so they naturally align with your target NHS role — honest, ATS-ready, and tailored by role category.

✦ New
💡 Use this to rewrite the Work History / Employment History section of your TRAC profile. Paste your existing responsibilities, add the NHS job description and person spec, and get ATS-optimised bullet points that are truthful and interview-defensible.
